Domestic Shipping on all U.S. Orders
Domestic shipping applies to delivery within the United States (orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Items shipped directly to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times). This offer does not apply to international or US Territory orders.

We ship to selective countries and territories. Please inquire at email@example.com for specific shipping requests.
Where else does MIMO Pencil Case Shop ship?
APO/FPO – We proudly offer standard shipping to military addresses!
US Territories – We currently offer shipping to Puerto Rico. For information on shipping to other US Territories, please call toll-free at 844-226-9247 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PO Boxes - At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
How does MIMO Pencil Case Shop normally ship?
Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Help is always available at email@example.com.
At MIMO Pencil Case Shop, we hope that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a refund number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return refund number was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process.
MIMO Pencil Case Shop is extremely competitive with other retailers in the industry. Each month or so, we also send out discount coupons and promotional offers to members on our mailing list or those that are members of our social media pages.
How do you order online?
Placing an order online is easy and convenient. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select the "check out" feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order.
Are our online transactions secure?
MIMO Pencil Case Shop assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information once it is in our records.
All of MIMO's products are stocked in house and usually ship within 1-2 business days. We'll even attempt to ship the same day if possible. In the case that a product is completely sold out, we will quickly restock or upgrade the product line. If you have specific inquiries regarding a product that is sold out or unavailable, please contact us to ask about the availability of the product.
Email confirmation of order and tracking information
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has shipped. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order.
How do you change or cancel your order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us at email@example.com.
Yes! We sure do! For a small fee of $3.00, MIMO Pencil Case Shop will beautifully gift wrap your item prior to shipment. You will have the opportunity to add gift wrapping during check out and write an optional message that will be printed on a tag attached to your gift.
MIMO Pencil Case Shop does not have an affiliate program at this time.
MIMO Pencil Case Shop does not offer wholesale pricing on our products.

We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of the claim.
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/ or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
